Our charcuterie cart appetizer catering can be reserved right online or by calling. We service Jacksonville (including the beaches), Ponte Vedra, St. Augustine and St. John’s, Florida. If outside these areas please call before purchase. Prior to booking please call regarding any food allergies or considerations in your party.

Package also includes…

Your package also includes travel to the event (within 40 miles round trip), set up and breakdown of the cart, a ServSafe certified attendant for two hours, plates and napkins, and all remaining food post-event.

Craving caviar? Add our caviar experience complete with our pre-chosen caviar, crème fraîche topped on crostini for an additional $250 (up to 35 people).

Sometimes you need more time options, we get it. One additional half hour can be purchased for $50. Bookings for federal holidays can often be accommodated by request for an additional fee.

What type of events does Charcuterie Wishes & Caviar Dreams cater?

The sky is the limit! Whether you’re looking for easy appetizers for your birthday party, bachelorette party, engagement party, baby shower or office lunch – we can be your go-to caterer including cart set up, serving guests at the cart, and cart break down.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We require 48 hours notice prior to an event. If you have an urgent need please call us and we can share our urgent request policy if you need your dream charcuterie experience delivered sooner.

Do you offer breakfast catering with your charcuterie cart?

Although we’re not a breakfast caterer, we can do brunch catering services for parties! This will include our already fabulous package offerings (see above) but scheduled around your brunchy event.

What’s the minimum and maximum number of guests needed?

There’s not a minimum number and each host gets to keep the remaining charcuterie food after the event. There is a maximum of 35 guests with each package purchase. If you have 36-40 guests it will be $1,300. If you have more than 45 guests please give us a call.
